I am also receiving an error when backing up our profile servers when open 
profiles are encountered:

<ERROR> :  P:\Profiles\userIDhere\Application 
Data\Ø????????????????????????????????????????????????????????&#11400;Microsoft\:
 The system cannot find the file specified

I've been overlooking it for a while but there has to be a way around this 
error.  At the moment we are not using any Directives on this client and we use 
NW 7.4.4 in  a Windows 200x environment
