The drives are working just fine and we recently applied the firmware upgrade.
This is the only device configured with Networker.

Also, as I said this doesn't happen everyday so it is really hard to figure out 
the problem.

May be there is a prob with the HBA and/or the driver version. I am going to 
run the server update utility now.
