Sorry if this is a re-post but I regularly get these error messages.

This normally happens when NW tries to unload the drive and as a result NMC 
fails to detect the drive status and thinks that there is a tape loaded in the 
drive.
In the past I found that there were some bad tapes but now I see this happening 
at least once every week.

I tried resetting  the jukebox but it didn't help.

We are using NE 7.3.3 on Win 2003 with Dell ML6000 (Firmware recently upgrade 
to 520G.GS003)  with 4 IBM LTO 3 drives.


Pls advice.
