[Networker] NMC Reports/User Audit

I was told back when I took the class on running NetWorker how to set it up so that the User
Audit report would work. Sadly, reviewing the notes from that class (September 2007), I find
that I did *not* write it down, I just did it to my production system. Now that I've moved my
NMC server to a new system -- I find that I need to do it again and I can't find the
instruction in EMC's Fabulous Manual. So, either this is another manifestation of my
(admitted) male pattern blindness or I need some kind soul to re-educate me.
