Hi,

I got the "cleaning media expired" message from the tape library this morning.

In NMC, cleaning media has 20 uses left.
Which one should I trust ?

You should trust the library. NetWorker has no way to tell whether the cleaning cartridge really has any life left in it or not -- and different cartridges will last a different number of uses. If the media goes in and comes out and the drive still wants to be cleaned -- the media is no longer useful and time for a new cleaning cartridge.
