But, if you are running Solaris 10, sjirdtag will only work when the
library is disabled - nsrlcpd has a lock on the jb otherwise.

While there's not a specific "nsrjb" style command for this, you can,  
if your library/OS supports it, use the "sjirdtag" utility, which does  
a lower level SCSI probe of the library.

To use sjirdtag you'd need to use the control port address (the a.b.c  
part of "[email protected]"); the control port can be shown either in the  
library resource in NMC when in diagnostic view, or via the output of  
the "inquire" command.

sjirdtag lists library content in 4 sections:

- Content of drives
- Content of slots
- Content of robot gripper
- Content of CAP

When barcodes are used, you'll get the barcodes identified.
