I spoke with an EMC employee at EMCWorld who told me he had heard about a 
really solid Networker training class offered in the northeastern part of the 
US. He actually referred me to this list and had heard about the class from 
this list-serv. He mentioned the city/state but I do not remember. I guess a 
better question regarding the class is "where" is the best instructor-led 
Networker class.

My skill level in Networker is low. I manage a small install for a medium-sized 
company. However, when problems arise, I typically need to call support. I'd 
like to learn enough to keep the support calls to a minimum.
