Hi,

Server: NetWorker v7.4.4 running under Windows Server 2003 Standard SP2
Client:  NetWorker v7.4.2 running under Windows Server 2003 Standard SP2


I have a client that is refusing to back up, generating this error:

40473:savegrp: command ' save -s nwserver -g WIN_SERVERS -LL -f - -m cerberus 
-t 1242421306 -l incr -q -W 78 -N "C:\\" "C:\\"' for client cerberus exited 
with return code 128.
7336:savegrp: Log file E:\Program 
Files\Legato\nsr\tmp\sg\WIN_SERVERS\sso.000003 is empty.
savegrp:WIN_SERVERS * cerberus:C:\ Cannot determine status of backup process.  
Use mminfo to determine job status.

I've done a search of the archives (and the web) but can't find what return 
code 128 denotes.  Can anybody out there shed any light?

I know Michael Leone posted a query similar to this back in November but he 
didn't get any responses - via the list anyway - I'm hoping for better luck.
