Check your timers for the library. It is possible that the mount request
exceeded the Operation Lifespan or timeout and required the tape to manually be
inserted.

Subject: [Networker] Waiting for media error
One of the groups hung last night with this error message.
media request alert: Waiting for writable volumes to backup pool <Pool_Name>'
disk or tape on NW server.
Now that pool has two (appen) volumes but NW failed to mount them
automatically. In the morning I manually loaded the volume in the drive and
backup then completed successfully.
It doesn't happen all the time.(NW 7.3.3)
Pls advice.
