Dear Networkers,

 

I have a problem. I using FS NSR-ORA tool. My NetWorker server Win2003
Cluster server.

I installed NetWorker client and NSR-AMON in RHAS 4.0. This server running
OracleDB 10g.

 

Server: EMC Networker 7.4 SP1

Client: EMC Networker 7.4 client and NSR-AMON v1.4

 

I can't install nsr-amon license file on client server.

 

License installing result in following errors:

 

[root@batja /]# /opt/nsr/amon/bin/keylic -s backupnsr.backup.svr -f
/test/nsr/4504772410.txt -i

 

do you want to apply this license:

name = NSRORA4, version = 4.1, platform = J, limit = 1, number =
FSC43113432.

Type [yes] or [no] or [q] to quit: yes

keylic: RAP error: Permission denied, user 'root' on 'vm-rbatjargal' does
not have 'Configure NetWorker' privilege to create this resource.

 

Unable to enter product enabler code for feature 'NSRORA4'

 

How to fix this problem.
