In my experience (AIT2 & AIT4) when something like that happens it could be a
bad tape but if it keeps happening with different tapes then the tape drive
needs repair. It might be worth trying to do a heavy duty cleaning of the
drive but if that doesn't help then have the drive checked out and possibly
replaced.

Has anyone had an issue like this? AIT3 Data tapes running a backup from
windows servers are going into suspect and marks the tape Full and low %. I not
sure it this has anything to do with pulling data from several severs but I
would appreciate any feed back.
