ALLVMFS performs a file system based backup, much like an installing a 
NetWorker client in the VM would.  All volumes (C:, D:) are saved as a 
single saveset, which is different than the ALL saveset.

FULLVM will backup up the VMware files.  This means that the virtual disks 
(vmdk files) are copied verbatim to the saveset.  Also the vmx and other 
VMware configuration files related to the VM are stored in the same 
saveset.  This is useful for disaster recovery.
