Hello,

I'm trying to backup my Oracle 10.2.0.1.0 database for the first time to a 
VTL using EMC's NetWorker 7.4.  My backup is failing several hours into the 
backup with these errors, and I'm not sure what to do to fix it:

RMAN-03009: failure of backup command on oem_sbt_backups channel at <date> 
<time>
ORA-27192: skgfcls: sbtclose2 returned error - failed to close file
ORA-19511: Error received from media manager layer, error text: The NMO 
error message has been lost.  Please set NSR_DEBUG_FILE and run NMO 
continuing other job steps, job failed will not be re-run.

I have checked the logs including sbtio.log and don't see any useful 
information in there regarding what to check.
