Trying upping the inactivity timeout on the group the client is running out of 
from 30 minutes (default) to 90 minutes. I have seen this issue and that 
usually resolves it.

Did you ever find an answer for this I am having the same issue on a server, 
the system DB fails due to inactivity.  all other save sets work.
