Of course, your first problem is to figure out why NetWorker is
encountering I/O errors on your output device.  That, to me, is Job 1.

In 7.5 it doesn't happen everytime, at this point I would say 4 out of 5
clone operations it will error.  Looks like this in the daemon.raw file:
