[Networker] EMC Powerlink account information totally wrong, can't find anyone to there to fix it.

I don't know what it is, but it appears to be impossible to get the
amusingly named "Powerlink" to have the correct information. I tried to get
someone to fix it a year ago, but apparently to no avail.
I just talked to a person in licensing who told me to email them (she
refused to give me a phone number to call) with "the information" and they
would fix it, it's "complicated". So I emailed licensing and support
inforamtion with my actual LAC, contact information HOSTID as well as the
email from them last year. I don't know if it will get fixed. I tried
calling the Powerlink people (number given to me by sales person) but they
just transferred be back to sales (!).
I'm wondering if anyone has a useful phone number to call at EMC to get
Powerlink information fixed (I've *never* been able to get my
enablers/activation codes through Powerlink, and I've been a Networker
owner since version 4...).
Unbelievably frustrating. As if the whole java version nonsense wasn't
frustrating enough...
