You won't need any additional client licenses as long as you're not
planning on adding new clients; i.e., client licenses aren't version
specific. My suggestion though would be that unless you know of a
particular bug in 7.4.4 that's not in 7.4.3 that will affect your
particular site, you should definitely upgrade to 7.4.4 instead.
