I have a client in a group that when the backup kicks off, it doesn't do 
anything...  There aren't any sessions, the client never dies off to fail the 
group (it can just run for days).

When I finally stop it, the message is that "Cannot determine status of backup 
process."

We've check client configuration, storage nodes, backup server, network 
connectivity...

I'm not sure what else to do.
