As I said, inquire command showed new devices with new serial numbers and BTL 
(or scsidev) numbers have not changed. Reboot and diagnostics of library and 
autochanger have not shown any hardware issues.

When jbconfig fails, tape device created but not library in Networker as 
jbconfig is failing with the initiator error.
