Thanks just trying the yum install did not work for me
 "yum install lgtoclnt-7.4.3-1.i686"
It did get updates apparently but did not install the client.

[root@NEOVTS08 legato]# rpm -qa |grep lgt




So I tried 
 rpm -ivh --nodeps lgtoclnt-7.4.3-1.i686.rpm
Preparing...                ########################################### [100%]
   1:lgtoclnt               ########################################### [100%]
 and that worked. Not sure if I will need the missing libraries yet. But looks 
like your help here will allow me to go get these libraries if needed. THanks 
everyone  :D
