Some servers (like Netapp) don't support incrementals on their end.
After level 9, you just run more 9's.  In fact, I'm not certain that
NDMP itself supports incrementals.  What is your NDMP host?

Maybe throw in a level 1 once a week (or once every 10 days or so).
