When the Period is set to Month, the schedule is set up based on the day
of the month (1, 2, 3) -- if you want to have it schedule be set to skip
a day of the week, then you need to set the period to Week. Then when
you use "Set Level" on a Saturday, it will apply to ALL Saturday's and
ONLY Saturday's -- not to day 3 of each month (which is Satuday this
month, and Tuesday in February).
