[Networker] Scheduled Oracle Backup Problem

Hi All,

 

I'm trying to run a scheduled oracle backup kicking it off from
networker.  I have nsrnmo in the backup command field,  I have also put
in the oracle_home path and the path in the nsrnmo.sh script.  In the
save set I have RMAN:/<path to the rman script>.

 

Running the script without trying to schedule it through networker works
as it should, I'm running into the problem when I try to schedule and
run the job through networker...

 

I'm not getting anything in networker as far as messages other than it
failing, but below is the error that comes up in the daemon.log file:
