There were no issues during loading/unloading of the tapes in all the drives ( 
total 4 drives ) 

On few hosts, the "pesistent binding" tab for the tape drives hasn't been 
checked in SAN surfer HBA manager.

There are 2 HBAs / host and each one is accessing 2 drives in the library.
