Not sure what you mean when you say the gui doesn't have the ability to do
that.
Not sure whether you've done it, but when you want to restore data to server
B that was backed up from server A.  In the client properties of server A in
networker, you need to add <account>@<server B> to the remote access field
of the globabls 2 of 2 tab.  Account is the name of the account you are
using on server B to do your recover e.g. administrator.
