You need to determine what the other missing patches that your patch
depends on are and install them.  Usually the information you need is in
the patch documentation.  However, I notice that the patch number you
reference in the 3rd line of your message (124663-01) is different than
the patch number on the example patchadd command (120658-01).  So that
might be your problem.

Also the 120658-01 patch documentation says that it is obsoleted by
122458-01 so you might want to look into that.
