We had problems with the GSTD database on windows upgrading from 7.3.4
to 7.4.3 - have a look in your GSTD log file (it will be under something
like  /legato/management/gst/logs ) for us it was complaining about a
missing a field or column or something ... apparently if you upgraded to
7.4.1 or 7.4.2 it modified the database but 7.4.3 didn't ... don't know
if that's the error you are seeing ...

eariler verion must be uninstalledfirst because  networker software
doesn't support direct update.

I am using Windows . 
Has anyone using MS windows seen the same prob  ?
