I've had a report from one of my folks that runs all windows machines that upgrading their systems from 7.3.3 to 7.4sp3 removed the networkr.cfg files on all the machines.

I don't run windows machines myself (and the few that my own team runs uses the nsr.dir files for directives). So, I'm here to ask if this is expected behavior or something I should complain to EMC about.
