[Networker] 7.4sp3 (Windows) upgrade removed networkr.cfg files

I've had a report from one of my folks that runs all windows machinesthat upgrading their systems from 7.3.3 to 7.4sp3 removed thenetworkr.cfg files on all the machines.

I don't run windows machines myself (and the few that my own team runsuses the nsr.dir files for directives). So, I'm here to ask if this isexpected behavior or something I should complain to EMC about.
