Since that shows it has been recently cleaned, it's probably not a
cleaning issue or dirty drive...
Per Karlssons earlier post, sounds like you may be experiencing SCSI bus
resets...
These would be logged in the daemon.raw log under /nsr/logs/
Note: to view the log, you must render it first with: nsr_render_log
daemon.raw > filename.txt
Then view the filename.txt file to check for SCSI reset errors around
the time the tape was marked as FULL...
If you are getting SCSI bus reset errors, that is a hardware issue you
must resolve somehow...
