When was the last time you cleaned the drives using a cleaning tape ???
(check the drive properties to find out)
When a drive throws any type of IO error (when writing), Networker will
mark the tape as full to prevent further errors...
If it throws enough errors (depending on the threshold set), Networker
will disable the drive and/or put it into 'service' mode...
