Hey,

one thing to be wary of that I came across when upgrading from 7.3.4 to
7.4.3 (in a windows environment) was that the NMC database got corrupted
during the process, it wasn't a huge issue for me, and I just ended up
deleting the DB and doing a fresh install of the NMC

however my DSE did some testing and found that if you upgrade to 7.4.1
or 7.4.2's version of NMC and then upgrade to 7.4.3 you can keep your
database

I recommend you read the release notes for 7.4.3. You'll find the
answers to
most of your questions there.

To upgrade the Console Manager, remove the old version and install the
new
one. The same is true of the NetWorker software, itself. Ideally, you
will
run the Console Manager on a different server then the one you use for
your
NetWorker server.
