Hello,
My understanding of indexes is that they have to be written by the
networker server. You don't say whether your tape drive is attached to
the networker server or a storage node. If it's a storage node, the
mount is being issued for a different tape because NW needs the tape on
the NW server and would rather mount a new tape than unmount the
existing tape and move it to the NW server -- programmed back when all
such movement was manual (I suspect).
If the tape drive is on the networker server -- then I don't know why
NW would be wanting a different tape in the same pool.
