Hello,
Simply re-install, if you had any client side directive, you will need to
re-populate them ( on the client), on the server , you should be fine as
long as servername, ip does not change.

How to move NW client software during Linux Migration
I have a failing Ubuntu 6.06 LTS system that I need to migrate onto a new
server. I am building a server with the same DNS/hostname. Not sure how
to handle moving the NetWorker client software. I plan on reinstalling,
but there is a certificate associated with the old client. What is the
recommended procedure for moving client software? I want to retain
backups already done... simply a reinstall.
