I moved my proxy back to my networker server and getting positive results, like 
it acts like it really worked except I can't tell if something was actually 
written to the tape.
My assumption is that VCB copies VMs to my Networker Server and then Networker 
writes those files to tape.
I can see the VMs copied to the server and get positive response on the group 
but nothing in the index for the VM or the VCB Proxy server (aka networker 
server).

Am I missing a step???
