Be sure you downloaded it in binary format.
I just gave it a try and kit is ok.

I am trying to find a valid copy of this program for a windows based server.
I downloaded a copy from
http://users.skynet.be/networker_reporter/index.html
but when I try to extract it, I get a zip file corruption error.  Can anyone
point me in the right direction or am I doing something wrong?
