<sigh> Exactly the thing I *don't* know ... the PDF states that -N is for 
the exact filename. To me, that is a *name*, not a path and name. But 
whatever ...

Grep exists for Windows. Altho the supplied "findstr" command ("Find 
String") works somewhat similarly, at least for this case. So that's what 
I'm doing .. dumping all those thousands of records, and doing a find for 
the name I want ...
