What would be the nsradmin equivalent to the following commands:

Savegrp -O -G DRINDEXES 1>/indexes/savegrp.log 2>&1
Savegrp -G ADMIN 1>/backups/savegrp.log 2>&1

Also, can nsrclone be submitted through nsradmin, for the same reasons?
Forgive me for not researching this before asking the question.

No there is no way to do this. The NetWorker scheduler is not meant to
be particularly clever, it is best at running a group once every 24
hours, it does not excel at anything else.

If you are going to run a cron job, surely it would be more
straightforward to use the cron job to run the group, rather than having

a complex system where you have two different cron jobs to enable and
disable the group. I believe in KISS.

TIP: it is often useful to start a job using nsradmin rather than
running the savegrp command - this way you have the option of stopping
the group from the NMC.
