Help !
We have solaris 9, networker 7.3.2. We have added 2 drives and more slots,
however at the moment we haven't got the fibre cables to connect the two drives
up but we need to see the new slots. Soooo, we deleted the jukebox and ran
jbconfig. When it comes to adding the drives, it knows about the existing 2
drives but wants to know about the two new drives but because of the lack of
the fibre cables the lus_add_fp_devs hasn't picked up on the new drives and
hasn't given us a /dev/rmt/*cnb. So the question is:- how do we tell/fool
jbconfig to ignore the new drives when it wants to know the new /dev/rmt/*cnb?

What you can do is create some dummy drives in NetWorker, any old
devices you like, and disable them, use these for the jbconfig, just to
keep it happy.
You could use 0hbn, 1hbn etc. for these as they won't be used at the
moment and NetWorker doesn't know these are the same physical drives as
your others.
