What does ls -l /dev/rmt/0cbn show ?
Since this is probably a symbolic link, what does ls -l show for the
link ?
For example:
# ls -l /dev/rmt/0cbn
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 68 Apr 14 15:39 /dev/rmt/0cbn ->
../../devices/pci@780/SUNW,emlxs@0/fp@0,0/st@w50060b00005ace98,0:cbn
0.00u 0.00s 0:00.02 0.0%
# ls -l /devices/pci@780/SUNW,emlxs@0/fp@0,0/st@w50060b00005ace98,0:cbn
crw-rw-rw- 1 root sys 33, 92 Jun 10 14:16
/devices/pci@780/SUNW,emlxs@0/fp@0,0/st@w50060b00005ace98,0:cbn
Can you do anything with mt, such as mt -f /dev/rmt/0cbn status ?
