I have used the latest drivers from IBM site many time and like Matthew 
said, they are latest drivers with fixes that Microsoft has not got around 
to test it yet.
One note is that typically after you identify your OS and pick the drivers 
install, you may have two choices in case of IBM , i.e Tivoli and Non 
Tivoli, the readme tell the difference between the two, just as an fyi, 
Tivoli drivers do not allow concurrent access to other applications, 
preventing possible data corruption in certain environments, so i would 
recommend using them.
