1-the Networker On
2-nsrjb - l -S 12 -f /dev/rmt1.1 <- loading the tape in drive rmt1
3-mt -f /dev/rmt1 status
4-nsrjb - l -S 12 -f /dev/rmt2.1 <- loading the tape in drive rmt2
5-mt -f /dev/rmt2 status


the result is the same in rmt1 or rmt2 :
