Files on UNIX and Linux systems aren't skipped just because they're open,
so if the server was a UNIX or Linux box, it would still have been backed
up (barring any directives that told NetWorker to skip those files).
But what happens if it's open and CHANGING? Most backup products stat
the file, then back it up, then stat it. If the modification time or
size has changed since they started, they sometimes discard that file.
I've never seen NetWorker do that. It certainly warns if a file changes
during a backup, but AFAIK it's still possible to restore that file. See
the "log" directive for more info.
