We have one client that is getting the following error when trying to
backup networker.  
 
nsrnmostart returned status of 255

nsrnmo exiting.

The client is a HP-UX system version 11.23 running networker module for
oracle 4.2

We have a qa client that is running the same oracle script but is
backing up without issue.  We have compared everything that we can find
on the two systems and can't come up with the difference.  I'm not sure
where to look now to give more helpful information.  If more information
is needed I can provide it.
