Dave,
If you are using a Windows server, you can just use Process Explorer to
identify the cloning processes. Look at the one that was started last and
simply "kill" that process.
You can get Process Explorer from MS for free.

Hi,
Just started a 2nd clone session by accident... only issue is, they are both
cloning from one advanced disk device (both on the Read Only) to different
tapes.
Now the server is waiting for the disk media to read from to become available,
but I can't see the clone session in the GUI...
anyone know a command to stop a clone session? I don't really want to leave
this queued or wait for it to start just so i can stop it again!
