I'm guessing support must have been hit with some bad upgrades similar
to mine.
Yes, it was media and index database integrity checks:
Before upgrading to 7.4 you should run the following commands, in this
same order:
- nsrck -L6
- nsrim -Xv

Hmm.. I haven't heard about that either, typically we recommend an nsrck
-L6 to ensure index consistancy prior to the db conversion, however I'd
be very interested to see what support sends you.

Ok, I just got off the phone/webex with Legato support, and he's telling
me there's some undocumented steps that need to be taken BEFORE you
upgrade to 7.4. I now have to do a disaster recovery back to 7.2.2, and
run the conversion to 7.4 AGAIN.
Has anyone else heard about this?
Once I get the email with those steps, I will pass it along.
