This depends : The cloning source is determined by the "read host
attribute:"
of the library containing volumes, the target devices, by the "clone storage
node"
affinity of the client to clone. 

If you want the clone to stay locally, update jukebox read host attr by the
DSN node name.

Both source and target drives are on the same Dedicated Storage Node.
