Apparently, I had another clone session pending (I was doing a manual
clone from the GUI, and inadvertently ran a script that also wanted to do
the same clongin operation). Unfortunately, the GUI does *not* show jobs
issued from the command line that are "pending" or "waiting" to run. One I
stopped my GUI manual clone job, the command line clone job started, and
then that *error* cleared.
