Probably the only correction I'd have on this is that NetWorker does
actually retain the group information in the saveset details - i.e., in the
media database.
mminfo -q "savetime>=24 hours ago" -r volume,client,name,group
Manual backups get an empty group, but all other backups do get the group
associated with the backup tagged to the saveset.
I believe this functionality started around the v6.x release tree.
