Just to make sure... Are you sending mail the same way NW is? Make sure
you test sending it throught sendmail directly, not via mail or mailx.
You'll have to format a message properly, then pass it to sendmail via
STDIN.

Yes, I am positive. I can log in and send email from the root account
to the intended recipients just fine. The mail queue is empty. The
sendmail configuration on my NetWorker hasn't changed. It was working
fine up until Friday morning, then it stopped. I can also get emails
from the client notification messages for the clients where I set them
up with a notification. The bootstrap reports are also sent out via
email and delivered just fine.
