I have tried every thing that u stated, I really want this client to be backed 
and looks like we cant even restore when this abc doesnt have any backups!

I have asked my client to perform the operation u advised, but is there any 
thing else I can do from my side?
as said, I have tried deleting all traces of abc and the test machine one!
